Discussion:
Looking for seal kit number

Hi, Hopefully someone can help me on this. One of the cylinders in the main mast is leaking around the mast nut. I can't seem to find a seal kit number for it. The model is 35RRTT, Mast ID 35RRTT-210 and the seral number W-42056. Any idea where I can find a seal kit part number? Thanks

Thanks!!
Update: Crown support told me the seal kit is 101302 so you were correct. Found one on Ebay. Now comes the fun of installation. Thanks again.

Correct the RR3000/3500 is a completely different lift. You would need the 35RRTT manual for parts. Typically you just use the serial number to identify the parts as the mast and power unit are built together so the serial number is linked with the mast. The only difference you'd need to look out of is that it is a TT mast and not a TL mast. With a lift this old, I'd recommend calling crown to ensure you get the right parts.

The service manual I have is for "RR 3000 series Model 3500" with catalog number 1995 PF-10589. But I think it is for later models as it doesn't show my 35RRTT model in the ID section. The manual lists 3 different seal kits for the TT model mast. Kit 101301 is for the 123373 cylinder mast assembly, Kit 101302 for the 123363 cylinder mast assembly and Kit 101339 for the 123364 cylinder mast assembly. I don't know how to identify which TT mast cylinder assembly I have. Any idea if there is there is a Mast ID or cylinder number stamped somewhere? If not I'll call crown to find out. Thanks

I'm not sure which cylinder you are referencing, but Crown only makes a seal kit for the secondary cylinders and not the freelift cylinder. That kit is PN: 101302.
Otherwise you can always contact crown to get the part number and have it shipped to you.
