you can send it to my email in my signature on here if you like. I can send you a catalog i have for parker products.
do you have a model number on the proper parker hose?
or even a gates hose.
we have a few places close to me if i had the right hose number i could order it in.
is there a way to post or attach pix in this forum?
looks like this is the same as a 1987 b2200 mazda truck engine.
i got lucky and found the exact cap and rotor in brass.
hey paul,
yeah that N serial number is pre 2000 and i do not have any books easily accessible that far back, closest thing i have is an RG series which is 2 models past when they went to the FE and F2 mazda engines. The distributors in those are not the same. Yours has a UA engine in it.
As for those mast hoses your talking about the cloth wire braid hose, most units now do not use that , they use parker rubber flex hose and for a period they used synflex plastic flex hose. If your dead set on the cloth braided hose you probably won't get that from a dealer as a stock hose. You'll have to find someone that an make them up. You could ask the hose shop if they would make them up if you ordered the hose or get them to do it. It would be a special order most likely if they don't normally stock it. That type hose is just not that common anymore since these hydraulic hose companies came out with the synflex and parker rubber coated steel wire braided hose. That parker hose is a good hose, it has wire braid in it but it's just rubberized on the outside, it flexes just the same usually. You in all likelyhood will not be able to get stock hoses from the factory or dealer, they will try to sell you the current type hose sold which at the moment is the parker or maybe synflex hose. They will recommend you take them off and have them made up.
ty for the reply
YALE GLP-050 FORK LIFT
MODEL NUMBER
GLP050RENUAE086
SERIAL NUMBER
N522019
those numbers should get you the machine build if you have the yale data base.
and yes on the brass posts and sockets on the dist cap
as well as the matching brass tip rotor.
i just need the part numbers
and same on the full hose kit for the machine.
yes it has side shift.
the hose shop here does not have the fabric mesh style braid for the ultra flex hose they used on these masts on these machines.
hello iowagold,
you'll be hard pressed to find any books online for this unit unless your willing to pay for them. Generally you can call the local dealer and have them look it up and give you the part numbers and pricing and order them for you. I can tell you Yale will not give you any service or parts books, they would most likely sell you one but you probably wouldn't want to pay their price for them, they are expensive. If this is an older machine earlier than 2000? good luck even getting them to locate and sell it to you. Most of their older machines were purged from their system long ago, they only have post 2k material now online.
As for your 'brass' distributor cap and rotor? i'm assuming you mean brass electrodes and contacts? You can't just order those that way, you get whatever they are making them out of these days, most have some sort of brass in them but it is usually a mix of other metals like nickel etc now.
The hose kit is another thing, these are difficult to get, especially if you have an older machine. You will need these things to get the right hose kit, the mast group number off the side of the mast, know which function you want to add? 3rd or 4th or 5th function? (they come standard with lift and tilt), and quite a few do come with a sideshifter 3rd function. So be specific as to what you want, a full installation kit(with hardware) or just hoses?. Also is it a single stage? duplex stage? or triplex stage mast? (this is why the group number is important).
Now if your just replacing hoses you would be better off removing the ones you have and taking them to a hydraulic hose shop and have them make you new ones using the old ones as a template.
So what model and serial number unit do you have and i might can help, if it's too old i'm not so sure but i will try.
