Hi
I have R20-18 STILL forklift and I want to be sure that I understand the load capacity chart.
The load capacity according to the loads chart/table is a function of the load center and it's height.
My first question is: if the max height of the forklift's forks is 4040 mm, should I read the loads from the row corresponding to this height (4040 mm) for the whole range of height 0-4040 mm, or maybe should I read the loads from the first (bottom) row corresponding to 0-3330 mm for heights up to 3330 mm and than for the last height (3331-4040 mm) read the loads from the second row (following row) related to 4040 mm height?
The second question is: the loads on the loads chart/table fixed on the forklift is slightly less (~2% the basic/first row) than the loads from the charts on STILL technical datasheets. Could it be because of the shifting forks mechanism added? if negative - what could be the reason?
Thanks, Guideon
