Discussion:
Load stuck in air

My tech responded to a call for a load stuck in the air in the freezer. When he arrived, there was no code except for a light on indicating forks in the air. He was able to lower the load, but no drive, no hydraulics. Unit was towed to charge station and put on charge. Any help you could provide would be great, Thank you.
