Powersteering comessage on contactor pulls in, brakes release, but foot pedal all the way to the floor and truck barely moves, display shows battery voltage and mode1 but no codes, can you help?

since the controller is still in warranty state being new i would call a hyster tech out and have him hook up the pc service tool and see whats going on.
OR remove the part and send it back and have it tested.

try changing modes and set it to a higher mode
mode 1 is the slowest mode, while mode 4 is the highest performance mode.
see if changing modes changes the speed reactions

if you can access the service menu you can also change the travel speeds in each mode this way through the dash, or if you have the PC ETACC program you can change it or reset all settings to their default settings using that.
There is also a diagnostic menu you can access to see what the drive function is doing.
