linde t20 slow drive

helo we have a linde t20 series 360 and after 30 minutes of working, is driving slow, a cheeked the errors and shows error 69 MOS temperature too high>100 c> accelerator in neutral.
what could be the cause, we have to replace the drive module?
we change the contactors, the brushes and clean the drive motor.

battery voltage while driving? Heat goes up with weak battery. Check with voltmeter on Min/Max to see how low voltage goes. I see lots of electric lifts act like this, find no water in battery or a bad cell.
