Hi,
i have a 2004 Linde L10.
I have an intermittent fault when lifting. Error code 9 flashes.
I have checked all usual stuff, battery condition, contactor tips, wiring condition.
Traction is o.k, fault only occurs when lifting.
This is intermittent so a little harder to find.
Anyone any idea what error 9 is.
Thanks

Hi, where can I get the error codes manual?
I have a problem try to change the wire rame that goes from the card to the controls and lost some.
when I turn on the green LED it stays fixed and should be flashing
Yes you are correct. There are two inline contactors for the pump. The battery voltage stays at 24volts when lift is operated. I will be looking at machine this week. I suspect one of the contactors is faulty. I will post results. Many thanks so far.
For me it looks like 379 series Easy Lift.
The contactors 2K1 and 2K2 contacts are sticked. These contactors are serially connected to hydraulic pump supply line.
when you say checking battery condition what did you check?
did you do a load drop test while operating the hydraulics?
make sure the voltage is not dropping below the rated voltage of the truck under load.
error 9 is sticking pump contactor look contacts and free moving look connection look motor error is somewhere there.
Good luck
