I am being haunted by a Linde H30D (S/N H2X393S01476), it seems to have an electrical problem. The symptoms are, when a directional pedal is pressed it throttles up and starts to move and the further down the pedal is depressed it starts to slow down and eventually stop without engine rpm loss, (seems the engine does not accelerate fully either), also seems that the throttle "hangs" when the either pedal is depressed fully and released for about 4-5 seconds, and last most, the glow plug indicator is flashing (all glow plugs check ok). A small bit of history on this, about March of this year, it threw the timing belt and damaged a bucket type lifter (amazingly no other damage) replaced the timing belt and lifter ran like new. about 2 months later it came back in smoking like mad and did compression check, it was low, but seemed to run ok, replaced the rings, bearings, head gasket, and rebuilt the turbo...this is when all the problems started, checked all that I could find and think of, grounds, connectors, ect. There were 2 Linde techs that hooked it up to Truck Doctor and such...couldn't find anything wrong system wise. Anyone have any idea on what could be going on here...before I lose the rest of my hair!
