Linde H30D 393 series problem when the hydraulic oil gets hot.

Problem with the truck is that when the hydraulic oil gets hot it feels like the brakes hang up. For those that are Linde pros, the pressure at port F at the hydraulic filter is 18 bar and drops to 16 bar when the hydraulic fluid gets hot. We have done most of the pressure tests and changed the hydraulic fluid (Yes type AW68).

Any ideas????

3 solenoids on trans, 2 outside ones are for travel,
take off coils and make sure rods are not corroded, if they are,
clean them up, this causes travels problems

Have you been able to determine this issue in the swash angle control circuit for the HST? Which of the two versions of HST pumps does this truck have? Without the date code in the s/n group it is hard to determine. The pressure reading at F when hot is below min by 1 bar(14.5psig). Have you looked at the two brake switches and have you looked at the release valve?

Once the hydraulic oil heats up it seems like the tandem pump cavitates and causing it to heat up. We took the temperature at the tandem pump when the issue occurs and it was 181 degrees F (83 degrees C)

Transmission oil check if the bulb is working properly, it may not always read the oil temperature. Bulb that also operates the cooling fan along with the bulb of the water..... GOOD JOB.....

duodeluxe;
What is the switching signal from the electronic controller doing? The solinoid valve ref 10 appears to be in the circuit also.
