My subject forklift runs for 30-45 mins and motor overheats.
Surprise to see Fan motor stops. Switch off and On the fan motor runs once again for 30-45 mins.
Changed Hydraulic oil VGA100, all Hydraulic filters, Fan motor assly, Steering pump assly still problem persists.
The Fan motor solenoid is bypassed.
Kindly suggest.

hi , check the fan cardridge in the hydraulic block. In diagnose Pathfinder you see 1600-1400 M amp. the pressure of the spring in cardridge importend.
Hi, thanks for your suggestion, checked the same, replaced the thermostat, changed the coolant (G12).
Problem still persists Engine overheats after the fan stops.
Reset the key and the fan works for another 30-35 mins.
Please suggest.
