Linde H25 Release Drive

We need to tow a Linde H25, is there a release for the drive to allow it to be towed?

Some others may have diagnostic tool but it would be unlikely because the pressure test kit is expensive and you need to know what to test. Best advice has been given by duo as other may screw your truck even more by not knowing what they are doing. You have high pressure to drive the wheel motor but also low pressure to control valves. Pressure test kit is needed on hydrostatic truck.

The operators manual will not help you troubleshoot thus truck and the service manual won't either unless you have a Linde hydrostatic test kit.
If it were me I would not drive the truck anymore and call your local Linde dealer fast. They are the only ones whi have the tools and expertise to fix this truck.

Hello there! Could I still have the operator's manual for a Linde H20D 351? I guess it must be pretty much the same as the H25D. I am in desperate need of some advice on how to sort out the lack of power in the drive....the truck moves but not very fast and it feels as if the brakes are half on. Many thanks!

You must release the brakes as it was said previously, but additionally you must bridge the hydrostatic transmission. Without this the transmission will act as a brake.

There's a valve near the servo block. Releasing it you may release the hydrostatic brakes. It is shown in the operating manual. Look there.

look at the brake valve and you will find a grease nipple. Insert grease with your grease gun manually until the brakes are released. Do not use too much pressure as you will damage the system. You will find the complete procedure in the operator manual that must be with the truck, probably in the pouch behind the seat
