Discussion:
Linde E25 No traction

HI there Can anyone help with this problem I am having.
Its a linde E25/02 Serial number G1X33N01585 / 2002

Was working fine and suddenly stopped working only hydraulics work. The strange thing is it is not throwing up any fault codes. I had a 3rd part engineer connect up the handset and check that all switches were working fine and it went through the diognostics without detecting any problems.

I attempted to simulate other fault conditions by disconnecting motor cables, trying to start up with accelerator depressed whilst in direction among other things, but will not throw up any fault codes.

It uses the Separately excited motors twin drive. I checked for earth problems and shorts to the motor, it shows all clear.

Anyone come across this type of fault before?

Hi,

- Ask your 3rd party come to the window 3 & 32 to delete all the history error codes and try to run the truck again until it appears the problem then come back to Window 3 to check ?
- If no any codes, this means you have no serious problem. Please come to check carefully all the traction enable e.g. Seat switch, direction switch, pedal switch, cabin SW....one of them is losen and not stable,...I used to have the same problem before and found that it was caused by direction switch (option) lost GND even this truck has 2 pedal and doesn't use this switch but I had to reconnect this => you must check it. Do not think about the big problem just focusing to the operating condition.
Good luck & keep in touch
Regards

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
