linde e25-02 336-2 2009 no hydraulics

Hello all. After a battery replacing truck has no hydraulics. Traction is operational, seat switch is working. Battery is new and charged 85volts. At the display frequently I see hours and a 21. Does this means an error code? please if you have any suggestion. also if anybody have a fault code list.
thanks in advance.
