Lifting issue with no fault code

RMS 6000. With the multi task handle in the lower position and than go directly to the lift position the machine will not lift. The pump make a funny nose like running at a lower RPM. It you let off for a second or two it will than lift fine. The only time this happens is when you go from lowering to lift with no pause. There are no fault codes which makes me think it's not electrical. Swapped the MVL and inspected RV1. Help!

I would suspect SVL first as it is part of both the lift and lower hydraulic circuits.
