Discussion:
lift when pedal depressed

Serial B801N02249X

Hydraulic motor starts and platform raises as soon as deadman switch is depressed.
Hydraulic contactor working fine, all else on truck is fine.
Disconnected hand lever controls to eliminate switches - still lifts.
No wiring diagram to test control wires to controller (or wherever they go)

agreed, however, without a wiring diagram I have no idea where the wires go, which plug they are connected to, or which pin in the plug.

even if someone can tell me which plug, I can test the 6-8 wires. Otherwise need to check all 6 control cables...

If you disconnected the lift switch and the contact still closes you have a short in the wire harness. You will need to check the wiring from the control handle to the pump contactor.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
