Discussion:
lift shakes during plugging

This unit will shake the platform when on wire guidance, driving forks first, when I plug to go power unit first. This is the only time this happens. It doesntgo off wire. You can hear the drive unit pivoting back and forth when this occurs. after tryi g to calibrate it, ive changed the ecr2, both sensor bars, access 6, access5. Im think it might be mechanical at this point.

I know this is an old message; that being said, I have found that a bad thrust bearing in the drive assembly will cause similar behavior.

If drive wheel or load, are faulty, the closed loop circuit, will try to correct this, with wire guidance, the floor and truck wheels are usually the first place to look, you have 4 pick up sensors, 2 in the power unit, 2 forks first side.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
