Nichiyu (& Nyk) FBRFW20:
Lift problem

I have a Nichiyu FBRF20-75-950MFCSSF and it has the following issue.
after the key is turned on the lift function will operate for approx 3 seconds and then stop. All other hydraulic functions work no problems. After this occurs the lowering will still operate as normal.
This is the only issue this unit has all fwd rev functions etc are working correctly.
All boards have been checked in another unit and they have no issues.

Can anyone help?? and also does anyone have a wiring diagram for this unit.

sounds to me like the 'lift interrupt' is enabled due to low battery

what is happening with the BDI?
what state of charge is it showing? showing low?
is the BDI flashing?

most electric lifts do this when the battery gets low to warn you it needs to be charged, the lift function is disabled to allow you to save enough power to get to the charging station and charge the battery.
Try giving it a good charge cycle and see if that corrects the problem.
