lift fault

hi
this was working fine then then hydraulic pump for the lift just started to spin slowly and then the mast will only lift very slowly ,everything else working fine, checked everything out cant find anything, any ideas with this one

what is state of charge of battery?
this is a symptom of when these go into BDI lift cutout when battery gets low.

like was previously asked
are any error codes or lights blinking on dash display or BDI guage?

sounds like the forklift entered emergency mode.

any error codes in the display ?

do you have a diagnostics pc ?
