running on propane only-gasoline is disabled.will not start with out restricting air flow(chocking carb.)already drained regulator.vaccunm is spuratic,unless air-flow is restricted-18hg.secondary psi is 1.5@regulator.

I had a similar problem on this exact model, the intake manifold gasket was bad. After I replaced the gasket, it fired right up. I checked by spaying a little carb cleaner on the manifold.
