Komatsu FB25 EX10 AC 2002

Hello

The mosfet's blown out.
This happens allways at 1 fase of the controller.
After repairing they drive for 5,6 month's and than it happens again

Whe put the motor adjustment's lower but also this didn't work.

Can someone help us?
