Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) FGC15:
knock knock knock. who there?

Forklift knocking replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor button. but its knocking pulled one plug at a time the knocking didnt start. Im thinking something mechanical a push rod. its a Mitsubishi motor.

Does the noise change if trans put in gear? If the tilt cyl's are dead headed, does the noise change?

Customers love technology- until they have to pay to fix it!
Just had a DP35K in the shop same issue. Found the Flexplate and Torque Converters bad. Harmonics vibrate though the engine.

Also seen bad u-joints in shaft going to Hyd pump..
