Check the shunt wires on the drive controller on the left thats the two thin ones coming out of the controller and connected to the copper bar ( Grey and Purple ) take them off clean them also take cover off controller and clean and check them inside make sure you connect them in the same places on the copper bar. Try the truck if it still doesnt work you may need to reprogram the box....
That bearing im mind the battery is ok
