I'm looking for info on the park brake. I'm having problems with mine not holding.
As soon as i switch the machine on the brake releases, but after a second it engages again.
Help please!

Hi.
I think this forklift has a 2 coil brake device. 1 coil for releasing brake and afterwards 1 coil to hold it released. Sometimes the driver for hold-coil is faulty/burned. Or you have an error on power-steering. Error on power-steering keeps forklift from running and the brake is on for safety reasons. I'm back on monday and I'll look in SH for further info.
Regards, Max

some times you have to push a button on the dash or just drive the unit. the brake always comes on when the unit is stopped. hope this helps.
