By opening the unit's controller , we find that the LINE (V) is damaged we need to change mosfet's IRF3415S.

When i check with Jungheinrich programmer (scanner) the brake switch is always closed , it never works.
Mybe its the cause of problems.

Model is EFG425K. 2010 Year.

I know that on the 3 series if your brake fluid or pedal switch can't remember which one is faulty it stops drive bit doesn't throw up any errors. Might be worth checking your brake pressure switch/fluid switch if ot has one.

14 is usually field circuit failure on the motor nor control unit faulty and 50 is a short on the motor. So if motor is short and faulty most probably damage the controller also. What model is your truck. Also perhaps create a thread post with the details so doesn't hijack another thread as could get confusing

Please ,

i'm actually facing an ERROR 055 & 014 on EFG425K.when turn on forklift , lift mouvements works properly , but by pressing accelerator the errors appear on display. And main contactor stop.
Then forklift stop all mouvements (tract &Hydr).
Can anyone help to find out about the fault or at least tell me what code 055 & 014 reffers to?

Sounds like you have a problem with the foot potentiometer....

My mail is in profile,I was think on main switch or emergency switch.Is it vehicle with multipilot or solo pilot for hydraulic?

Hi King. I checked the steering arrow, it works correctly. As for the main switch, is this the one under the foot pedal? If you have an email, I can send you the pictures.

Is it steering arrow on display turns same like wheels?If does check one more thing, under main switch you have tree bypass connections look are they stay ok one of them is traction cut off.Give me more details so I can help you better.

No error codes. Switch clicks in and out. No traction, no hydraulic lift etc. steering guide arrow on dash will show position of steer tyres.

Ok for this state do next.First when you start truck dont touch hydraulic,just seat on truck start him and when sistem starts press accelerator pedal.In this moment if you dont have any error check pedal-first close micro switch than go potentiometer,look is it wiring ok.Second look sensor for steer back of the truck down of counterweight of course wiring and brake micro switch.Look on display do you have arrow direction when you give command.Like last problem stays interface board but for that problem I must to give you more data to check,so look this first and tell as what you do.Of course GOOOOOD luccccck

Hi. There is no error code showing. The forklift will does NOT have traction (forward or reverse). Forklift starts and will lift, tilt and sideshift as long as I DON'T press the throttle pedal.
The serial number is FN346760 and Model number EFG425K.
