Machine acts like brakes are grabbind when i take foot off of accelerator. Even though no brakes applied.

Hello John, hydrostatic transmissions often work that way - they are like the brake & accelerator all in one - i.e. they won't coast like a traditional auto or manual forklift. Scissorlifts & skidsteers work in a similar fashion.
