Crown WP2300 SERIES:
jack will roll forward but not back and when lifting up it makes a constant clicking noise

checked all the wires they seem to be in good shape as far as I can tell. It was taken from another guy who didn't want it so I'm working on it and just put a new controller on it but cant figure out why it wont roll backwards

Clicking when lifting is probably low battery, put a volt meter on the battery when operating, should be over 21v on lift. Drive problem will be the throttle potentiometer in the handle which has fwd/rev contacts built in, very common fault on these units.
