its moves in only one direction

what could be the problem if a combi lift moves in only one direction and what can you do to troubleshoot the faulty and what will be the remedy to the problems

I'm not sure, but it becomes a digital fault regarding rotation. If you have service and repair manual for this model. Then just go through this service manual at once. You will find any kind of solution from it.
