Irratic acceleration

Ser# A219N02622D
Acceleration is very irregular in both directions, no codes, battery voltages good and drive motors check out.
I attempted to dissemble the joystick to check pot values but doesn't appear to be serviceable. I do not have any manuals on this unit but need some guidance.

Info for future reference, the steer pot was faulty ( resistance was all over the place ). With independent drives , the controller was fooled that it was turning right then left consistently. Had me fooled :)

the only way you are going to be able to diagnose the joystick is to access the onboard diagnostic and see what the joystick is doing related to the travel pot voltages. I think you will find if the travel is that erratic then the pot voltages will also reflect this.
Since the joystick is not servicable (some of the early on ones were not) then it will have to be replaced.

Fact of the week
According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
