Intermittent Loss of travel with no codes S/N NPR345-0138-9700FL

I am working on a Clark NPR 20 and it has had a history of very intermittent loss of travel with no codes. Forward and reverse switches have been checked and replaced and the contactors have been checked no signs of sticking or welding. This truck has been in the shop twice now and several field service calls and I have been unable to replicate the problem in the shop. Any switch failure in the circuit has resulted in a code. My thought is the ground signal from the EVT 15 (EV 200) controller is dropping out but have been unable to test due to the lack of failure. Any thoughts or help would be great. Thanks RAF.

Turned out to be bad coil drivers in the EV100. I tested all switch failures before the ev100 that would cause it to stop travel and they would all immediately throw a code depending on which switch was opened. I put a switch in between the negative side of the forward contactor coil and the EV100 and close the switch, requested forward travel after the truck was moving I momentarily open the switch and then closed it. The truck came to a stop with no code. As long as the switch was closed before forward or reverse travel was requested again there would be no code. The EV100 was removed and sent to flight systems for repair after return it was reinstalled and we have not had any issues with the strut sense just thought you'd like to know.RAF

I would take a flyer and replace the deadman pressure switch. I have, in past found the -01 status code disappear when on the deadman pedal but traction not enabled. (suspect switch dropping voltage). Not a big ticket item and may save you some grief. If the problem was more frequent you could short the switch across to check.

At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
