Intermittent drive both forward & reverse

Hi folks, got a tlt35d 4x4 which won't select forward or reverse occasionally. If you switch off n restart still won't move, u just keep shuttling F/R lever then off it goes. Sometimes b fine for a while then other times just sits there or will select one direction but not other???

On the left panel beside the steering wheel. The relay in the fuse box closest to the right top is your brake relay. Few times it has come loose cause no fwd/rev.
