Inoperative

Have 2 units down and no info on ZAPI FC2086A-NA controller. Batteries charged, 1 unit will flash LED 1 time then stays unlit while other unit will flash 2 times, pause then remain lit.

the first one sounds like the charger override sensor (the two wires that sense the charger are damaged and the truck thinks it is being charged check those two wires and maybe try jumping them, if that doesnt work it is a start up issue, the truck thinks a function is being pressed in startup. quickest way to figure that out is to pull the handle apart and disconnect all of the buttons and listen for a click when you pull the handle down if it works then plug each button in untill you find your stuck one, or check for continuity.

the second one sounds like the main contactor is shorted, i would check that out and if all is ok i would swap controllers with the other one and see if the control is damaged.
