I have a Toyota 02-7FGJF35 SAS35, it was not listed

Hello

I have the SAS35 7 (02-FGJF35) seires and the SAS light is flashing with an error code of 73 on the dash.

does anyone know what the 73 code means, i dont want to strip the whole SAS sensors apart and possibly make things worse.
