Hyster Tri-Hose assembly replacement

I've got a Hyster with a Tri-Hose assembly that at some point I'd like to replace. It has two small hydraulic hoses (for tilt and reach) and the third hose contains electrical cables. This hose is not available as a replacement part, what's the common method for replacing this? Can you just use singular hoses?

AAA,

Normally on the reach series lifts, the two hoses are separate, though they both go over the same sheave. The electrical cable is for all the aux functions. This too is separate. Serial number would help. Thanks.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
