***SOLVED***
Bumped into the back of a truck yesterday and triggered the impact shutdown. Technician came out to reset it today and now it says "starter interlock" and won't do anything. "No crank" "no start"
Key IS on
Battery good
Dash lights up as normal
New starter 4/12/21
Seat sensor good
Handbrake sensor good
Seat belt sensor good.
No hydraulic "return to neutral" indicator shown.
All passwords have been reset.
Technician has been here all day and is stumped. He suggested replacing the VSM, at a substantial cost.
The truck ran perfect up until the impact shutdown countdown stopped. Truck shut off and now nothing. Any ideas?

New update: can bus error impact sensor. technician discovered that the impact sensor was located under the right side foot step. Accessed sensor, unplugged, plugged back in. Reset system one more time. Problem solved.
Update: another technician came out today and fiddled around with it for a few hours. He tried accessing the VSM settings but could not find any faults. He suggested swapping out the VSM at a cost of $1500 plus labor. How can a small impact brick a VSM? Any ideas?
No codes. The technician also tried reinstalling default software.
As soon as I can figure out how to find the codes I'll check. It seems like the technician would have taken note if there were. This was a hyster authorized service company too.
