Discussion:
Hyster S100FT engine has little power.

Hyster
S100FT
G004V02066E
LPG 4.3 engine

When the engine first starts it idles rough, will not accelerate, and will backfire through the intake. It will accelerate after about thirty seconds but very little power. It does not show any codes. We have already replaced the catalytic converter, spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires, and the O2 sensors. All cylinders have good compression. The lift has only 2070 hours. Any advise on possible cause? Thanks.

It's a LPG engine. We have checked all the vacuum lines and they are all in good condition and connected.

sounds to me like either a fuel system issue or a vacuum leak.

this an LPG truck? or gasoline powered?

on the LPG engines:
I'd check the pressure from the EPR, check the throttle body and intake for vac leaks, make sure the air filter is clean, check all vac hoses.

on the Gasoline powered engines
check the injectors on each cylinder and make sure they are all firing, check the throttle body and intake for vac leaks, make sure the air filter is clean, check fuel pressures.
