Operator dies while using lift, falls off, the deadman foot switch then comes into play. Happens all the time.

op present fault. wiring chaffed or fault at the seat switch..

and I liked the the joke about the dead people not being able to operate the truck, although sometimes it seems like some of the operators are brain dead.

a serial number always is a good idea to be sure we are looking at the same controller.
01 is almost always the seat or operator presence (no dead people drive forklifts, so it can not be a "dead man foot switch" circuit, it has to be "operator in place foot switch" circuit).
