Any one know what error code 96-4 means, its a diesel and is very sluggish on acceleration, changed all filters, no better

hi have you found the problem with the code 96-4?
i don't have problem with the machin but this code is present

So did replacing the fuel level sensor fix the issue with code 96-4?
