HYSTER E50Z WONT MOVE WHEN REVERSE IS SELECTED

I HAVE A E50Z LIFT AT WORK THAT SHUTS DOWN AND WONT MOVE WHEN REVERSE IS SELECTED, AS LONG AS REVERSE IS NOT SELECTED IT WILL GO FORWARDS AN IT DISPLAYS A CODE 62 WHEN THIS HAPPENS. CAN SOMEBODY EMAIL OR CALL ME WITH SOME HELP. MY NUMBER IS 662-822-6088, THANKS
