Hyster E45XM2 code 51

dear, friends

the motor controller in this truck is damaged (capacitors are exploded) and power circuits burnt.
So, i replaced it by a new part... it worked fine for three days
and during operation the truck is shut down and give "code 51"
I checked : fuses, capacitors, PTC, contactor tips everything is OK
any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

if this truck has the large traction controller set up error 51 is most likely from blackened or bad contact tips,if the contacts are fine and working properly than the fault is most likely to be a bad connection at the contactors

Capacitor voltage is low before the line
contactor closes.
Symptom
Lift truck does not move.
Line contactor does not close.
Motor controller capacitor does not pre-charge.
Possible Causes and Test Procedures
- Control fuse open.
Check control fuse for open circuit; replace fuse if
necessary.
- Faulty PTC.
Replace PTC.
- Verify that the hydraulic pump motor contactor tips
are not welded.
If the contactor tips are welded, replace the contactor
tips.
- Accessory or component other than motor controllers
connected to load side of line contactor.
Verify that the traction and pump motor controllers
are the only components on the load side
of the line contactor.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
