Hydraulic Fluid Leak

Model S50 with a H or J behind it. Serial D2D. Chevrolet Engine.
Symptom: Bubbling hydraulic fluid out vent tube at high RPM's.
Fluid level is at minimum on stick, probably due to fluid bubbling out.
Changed filter.
Hope someone has had this problem and has a solution.

It sound as if air is being introduced into the hydraulic system and possibly causing a foaming effect..a worn pump can also create this condition.
