Hoist P360 forklift

How long would it take to remove one lift cylinder on this machine?
Can I remove cylinder with out taking off the mast.. If I chain the mast, will cylinder come out the top.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
