Help. The forklift is turned off during work

The forklift is turned off during work.
The screen reads: starter interlock engine shutdown.

this unit doesn't have the factory fork track system for impact. what is the s/n. please check under seat wiring may have damage wires.

This forklift does not have the magnetic sensor of the engine cover.
That's the first thing I was looking for.

it could be as simple as the bonnet sensor.small magnetic reed switch in behind the battery.that will give you the message you state

Unfortunately I do not have any fault code.
The forklift is turned off and can be started only after about 30 minutes.
The importer says it could be that it comes from the EGR. it could be?

are you seeing any fault codes? Sounds like you are loosing power for a short period of time. Check the battery and all cables. The starter interlock is telling you that start is out of sequence.
