Help identifying truck/engine

Hello, looking at this truck and wasn't provided much of any information on it. The plate on the machine was well worn and not legible. Any help identifying the machine/engine would be greatly appreciated!

That model you have listed would be a very old battery truck.
Can you post a picture of the truck?
