Help! Error Code 676/4 and Counterweight is loose!!!

Good afternoon,

I have the above machine that has the error code 676/4. Any ideas.

Also the same truck has an issue with the counterweight. When we jack it up the counterweight moves upwards as though it is not connected. Could someone please send me a schematic for the rear axle mounting or an entire machine.

Your code is for an open glow plug relay. The mount bolt for the counterweight is located in the tow pin hole, just one large bolt.
