Discussion:
Hard starting

I currently have a Yale GLC050TGNUAE082

E187V20752A 2.2L MAZDA ENGINE/LP
The problem im having with the unit is as follows:engine will not start unless a sarting agent is added to the air intake upon start-up,once engine starts it will run properly and will not fail until shut off..then it will not restart..the condition doesnt seem to be affected by temperature as it wont start hot or cold without assistance.Items changed/checked are as follows:
1) new lp fuel convertor installed
2) complete ignition tune-up
3)new ignitor in distributor
Note:engine has good spark at all times,Im leaning towards a fuel issue but have no service materials to go by..not real familiar with Yale.Any suggestions or info greatly appreciated.

Ray, I had that problem once before and it was the PCV valve broke apart. If you pull the pcv and the end is missing that could be the problem.

Ray ,
Im not familiar with the tgn series, but have a look around the carb as it might have a start up injector for the lpg as on the vx,s its there to enrich the mixture on start up, maybe there is some device like that on your truck.
