H30FT NO START

No power to glow plugs and no power to starter
Fault code 676-3,yanmar glow plug controller driver output...
Anybody have any clue where to start diagnosing this thing..?
I assume this thing senses something wrong with the glow plug system and disables the starter circuit..?

- Relay/Coil Driver Output Shorted to Battery
- Relay/Coil Driver Output Open Circuit
- Relay/Coil Driver Return Open Circuit
- Functional Failure in Controller

check that relay and wiring to it
