H02 Year and Service Manual

I have a Nissan APH02A25V (Serial APH02-00638) and I'm trying to locate a H02 service manual for it. It was sold to me as a 1996 but now I'm questioning that. Is there a way to determine the year? And then a good source for service manuals?
