Clark C25C:
goes into limp mode

I have a Clark / C25C / C232L-0112-9790 running rough and goes into limp mode. When truck is in neutral and step on accelerator pedal truck revs up with no problem. Release parking brake and put in drive f or r and step on throttle truck bogs down and goes into limp mode. Truck was displaying different code. Accel position sensor code, crank sensor code and low oil pressure code. Have replaced accel position sensor. Replaced regulator, cleaned elec lock off (was dirty inside, one of the ports was clogged. I am sure it went back together right.) Injectors are good, Plugs and coils are good. Truck will not display any codes at all. Truck had Juniper fuel system and have laptop connected to truck monitoring truck when running. When accelerator gets to 34% is when truck goes into limp mode. Please help.

What software is installed in the ECU?, the latest version is 00237. You didn't give the code #'s but if the accelerator code was P02138, a software update would most likely take care of it.
