GM 4.3 back fire

truck starts but back firing very hard. any idea what is most probable cause?

Is this LPG? Does the backfire happen under load? If LPG and using Asian model C regulator vaporizer check the filter in the regulator vaporizer.

Replaced the plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor arm, the plugs. start engine still back fire.

Id start by replacing the plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor arm, the plugs are dificult to get to so they rarely get changed
