Glow plug relay

Glow plug relay on Hyster H80XM will not energize. Can anyone tell me where the signal comes from? Getting 12VDC power to one side of relay, no power to coil.

I'm an auto mechanic undergoing a 'facilitated career change', was looking for some kind of ECM computer.
I don't feel too bad, tho. None of the operators knew about it either.
Anyway, thanks for your help, Brewski!

Comes through wire 820. Should be a glow plug switch. This switch is fed through fuse #4 wire #304 in the fuse panel.
